Hello Samoina. No, most of those websites target the US and UK markets but Fiverr.com is an international website and you can offer your freelancing services there. I got lots of transcription clients back in the day when I was still transcribing. You should give it a try if you have a skill to offer like freelance writing, virtual assistance, web design etc.
